Job Fair Trip

This Tuesday, we went to Job Fair that was hold in North York Center Library. As I misunderstood the teacher's meaning, I got off the TTC at different subway station and also waited for them in front of another library.
To my surprised,  I always couldn't see anybody until the time we gathered, so I called my classmate. She was very nice and told me all of the information. After about twenty minutes, I arrived the right place. My classmate also came out to show me the exact room they were in, I appreciated  her very much. When I got into the library, the lecture had begun. A old lady introduced some job hunting experience to us. After that, there still  were another four different lectures in following time. I attended three of them total before I went home.
In spite of it was a raining day, I likewise felt  very happy,because I got big harvest from the activity. It would be good for my job searching in the future, I thought.

Travelling In Bluffers Park

                           
Such a sunny day! I was excited and got up early in the morning when we would have a trip to Bluffers Park.I had seen the scenery of this park in a picture of being posted on line by our teacher,even I had shared it with my friends and also drew the admiring eyes,"too beautiful!",everyone was amazed like that after they saw it.I gave up the studying in workshop so as to i can follow the team instead.
About 9:30a.m.on Last Friday,I got into the car of my teacher's,after the travel full of laughing,we arrived at the destination.
As expected,the scene of the beach is really well-deserved reputation! We rushed to the beach in haste,teacher had hovered about the lake use the Kayak he brought.The lake was calm and limpid,sparkled in the sunlight,the water was quite blue like a sapphire,the lake melted into the sky in the distance,the harmony of the lake，the sky and the reflection of the mountain made a magnificent picture. When the wind blew out over the lake,the lake rippled gently.I walked along the lakeside,enjoyed all quietly. Some classmate liked taking photos,so they put all kinds of funny pose in order to leave the moment with happiness.
The most interesting thing was that we all had five minutes to try the Kayak,the first time I rode it with the paddle,I couldn't control the direction very well,so it hit on the shore at first,but I mastered the trick quickly,so I enjoyed my adventure as well.
After the wonderful potluck on the grassland,we went home with infinite attachment.

JSW Training

JSW training

In order to find a job, I attended the JSW training on resume and interview preparation, the training  was divided into two different stages and every one  had four-day course. The first stage was to introduce  ourselves to each other in groups and to write some stories about successful working experience,the second stage was about resume writing and  interview practice. I thought it was important for me because I had no knowledge about that, I had worked in the same company  for twenty years before I came to Canada, I didn't need to write any resume or attend any interview,even in China, if I quit the job,I didn't know how to do that. So it was lucky for me to attend the workshop. The most important thing was I could get some information and make more friends in the class.

  

IEP Conference Day

                                                     
Last Friday was a sunny day. But the wind was so cold and strong. We went to the IEP conference that we signed up from the website two weeks ago. It was the first time we attended such a massive and important meeting in Toronto, so we were all very excited. In order to not be late, I went to bed early on Thursday night.  At about 7o'clock on Friday morning, I got up and went to the subway station, Iwas not sure how to find that place so I had to wait for my classmates.
After more than 10 minutes, my two classmates appeared,we went together and arrived the distination smoothly an hour later. The Metro Toronto Convention Centre is a very magnificent architecture,when we went into where gathered too much people so we had to line, but it was easy to find our name because every line had regulation, just  after about five minutes, I got my package, the organizer was so thoughtful that we got the lunch ticket at the same time.
After the wonderful conference in the morning, we had a delicious lunch and all people had different choice.
To my joy, we also took some photos with our classmates, that would be a very beautiful memory in my life,  I think.
On Friday afternoon, most of us went home, but a classmate and I left, we continued a professional meeting about accounting and financial service, it was lucky for me to meet the speaker from Scotia Bank and TD Bank, because I worked in China Bank before and wanted to go back to the same industry one day, so to me, it was the best harvest to get some useful information from them.
What a happy day it was! Gave me so deep impression! I couldn't help taking a deep breath when I came out!

My First Day In Linc4-5

This is the first day I came to a new Linc school. It was a very sunny day. It's at the beginning of Spring, my mode was sunny as well., but it is so sad to say goodbye to my old classmates and teachers, because I love them very much.
At last Linc school,the class division is not very reasonable. When I finish Level 3 and Level 4, I have to go to Level 5-6-7,it's a very big challenge to me, so I have to move.
